Inter-Ceram is one of the most important Belgian importing companies of ceramic floor- and wall tiles.
In developing the new website, several obstacles have been conquered and a leap forward was achieved with regard to online communication.
Drupal is the CMS that was used to build the foundation for this project, but efforts in the ERP-area have enabled streamlined maintenance of the site in the present and the future.
The savings on the workload for maintaining the website are direct consequences of these choices. And this leads to higher quality communication through the website. For the first time the Inter Ceram website contains very detailed product information that is relevant for both professional and private individuals.
In conjunction with the new website, the company also plans to communicate pro-actively with its professional contacts through email newsletters.
