This involves a classic peer-review process - in which active users validate each others contributions - combined with community behavior analysis (collaborative filtering based on page views, ratings, bookmarks, tags, ...) to achieve a quality ranking of the idea portfolio. The concept of community-based ranking specifically addresses issues related to the decision process following each ideation phase (assessment uncertainty and bottlenecks).
